Mitchell S. Rodricks
Mr. Rodricks, Associate Attorney, initially joined D’Andre Law at their San Jose Office in April 2014. He later relocated to the Oakland office where he is currently providing outstanding legal services. Mr. Rodricks has quickly established a record of defending permissibly self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and adjusting agencies in all aspects of workers’ compensation law with ingenuity and dedication.
Before joining D’Andre Law, Mr. Rodricks worked in the insurance industry as a Commercial Real Estate Underwriter for Farmers Insurance Group where he gained significant experience dealing with risk assessment and management.
While attending law school at the University of Chicago, he focused his studies on complex litigation, federal and state jurisdiction, and criminal law. He studied under nationally- renowned legal scholars such as Cass Sunstein, Richard Epstein, and Geoffrey Stone. He also was a participant in the university’s Hinton Moot Court.
Mr. Rodricks has presented before multiple professional workers’ compensation organizations on a variety of topics including affirmative defenses and death benefits.
