Mr. Eric M. Kweon joined D’Andre Law at their Inland Empire office in September 2020 as a senior associate attorney. Prior to joining D’andre Law, he was a Vice President at one of the largest workers’ compensation defense firms in all of California.
Mr. Eric Kweon graduated from Cornell University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Labor Relations. Subsequently, he attended Loyola Law School and graduated in the Fall of 2009.
During law school, Mr. Kweon was a certified law clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney. He was been placed in the Preliminary Hearings Unit, Public Integrity Division, and Justice Systems Integrity Division.
Since being admitted to the California State Bar in 2010, Mr. Kweon has practiced exclusively in the field of Workers Compensation. He has represented prominent domestic and international companies including restaurants, hotels, manufacturers, hospitals, and major retailers.
Mr. Kweon prides himself on efficient and early resolution of claims. Most of his claims close within the first 120 days of referral. Additionally, he has taken hundreds of cross examinations of physicians as well as mediations/arbitrations.
Professional Activities:
Mr. Kweon has given lectures on a variety of workers’ compensation topics and case law updates, including SB 863, utilization review and Independent Medical Review, cross examination tactics, and issues regarding apportionment/permanent disability.
