Mr. Bernal, Associate Attorney, joined D’Andre Law at their Orange County office in November 2016. With a strong focus on providing quality representation and service by aggressively handling claims, Mr. Bernal provides detailed analysis and recommendations while attending to all of his clients’ claim litigation needs.
Mr. Bernal began his career in workers’ compensation defense in September 2014. Before joining D’Andre Law, Mr. Bernal was a physician assistant from 1995 to 2014. He has worked in multiple medical fields including HIV/AIDs, hematology/bone marrow transplant, urgent care, and Worker Compensation clinics. His medical background proves to be an asset for doctor depositions, review of medical records, and understanding complex medical conditions. With nearly twenty years of experience, Mr. Bernal has been involved in the workers’ compensation field at least on a part-time, if not full-time, basis.
During law school, Mr. Bernal was a fellow for the Center for Children’s Rights and a Special Education Advocate. He also volunteered at the Orangewood Foster Home and Los Padrinos Juvenile Detention Center.
