Ms. Junio, Managing Partner, began her career with D’Andre Law at their Fresno office in January 2017. She places a strong emphasis on client services to ensure that they are the center of the practice—addressing all of clients’ concerns and needs throughout managing their claims. Ms. Junio demonstrates a clear understanding of business practices as well as clients’ needs so clients are properly represented. Her full-time residency in Fresno for over 24 years has allowed her to develop ties and relationships within the community.
After passing the State Bar, Ms. Junio began her legal career as a criminal defense attorney. While working as defense counsel, she has provided constitutional defense rights to criminally charged defendants. Ms. Junio has developed her skills in the development of evidence, motion writing, and applying practical application of all state laws. Her particular expertise is in obtaining early settlements for clients by using her negotiation and cross-examination skills. In her ten years of practice, she has conducted several jury trials—including homicide trials for her clients.
Since she started practicing workers’ compensation law in 2013, Ms. Junio has sculpted her legal skills by assisting indigent individuals as a small claims advisor for Fresno County and working as a mediator for the Victim/Offender Reconciliation Program through Fresno Pacific University. Ms. Junio has practiced before WCAB Boards across California.
Ms. Junio is an experienced lecturer and has given presentations across the state on numerous workers’ compensation topics as well as case law updates.
