Ms. Han, Associate Attorney, joined D’Andre Law at their Los Angeles County office in 2015. Her practice is focused on lien litigation and workers’ compensation defense of insurance carriers and self-insured employers. She handles appearances across Los Angeles.
Her previous experience includes working for a plaintiff’s employment litigation firm handling both individual and complex class action matters. Ms. Han also has experience running an education company as the Director of Operations. While running the day-to-day operations of the business, she handled all aspects of employment-related matters as well as in-house legal work.
During law school, she was an editor of Pepperdine’s Dispute Resolution Journal, served as the President of the Family Law Society, and volunteered with the Union Rescue Mission as a family law case coordinator. Ms. Han also clerked with the Honorable Judge Amy Pellman at the Los Angeles Superior Court as a judicial extern.
Prior to law school, Ms. Han worked as a certified dispute mediator for Orange County Human Relations handling various civil harassment and small claims cases. She continued her studies in dispute resolution and ultimately earned her certificate in Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law. Ms. Han continues to use the skills she learned in mediation, negotiation, and dispute resolution to effectively litigate disputes in her current practice as a workers’ compensation attorney.
