Jason J. Knox

Partner, Certified Specialist in Worker’s Compensation Law

Mr. Knox joined D’Andre, Peterson, Bobus & Rosenberg in August of 2012, focusing his practice on the defense of workers’ compensation insurers, the employers to whom they offer protection, and the third party administrators who handle the claims of injured workers. Mr. Knox has focused his practice on providing clients with a one-stop resource for handling troublesome insurance claims, from Application through trial, mediation or settlement. Mr. Knox has also assisted senior attorneys, investigative firms, and prosecutors in developing cases in support of complex fraud prosecutions.

Before joining D’Andre, Peterson, Bobus & Rosenberg, Mr. Knox served as a law clerk with Carlson, Calladine & Peterson, a civil insurance defense firm handling complex litigation matters. In this capacity Mr. Knox worked on professional liability matters, subrogation cases, and large scale insurance claims.

Mr. Knox was able to attend the University of San Francisco School of Law thanks to his having received the prestigious Dean’s Merit Scholarship. It was during these years that Mr. Knox developed a passion for litigation, taking classes relating to discovery practice, electronic discovery issues, and trial work. Mr. Knox was a member of the University of San Francisco chapter of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers’ Association, and served as research assistant to Professors Susan Freiwald and David Franklyn.
