Ms. Park, Associate Attorney, joined D’Andre Law’s Oakland office in October 2015. She handles appearances venued in San Francisco, Oakland, Santa Rosa, and Stockton. Her practice focuses on the defense of insurance carriers, third party administrators, public entities, and self-insured employers.
Ms. Park is an integral member of D’Andre Law’s Appellate Litigation Team, which provides expert appellate analysis and appellate services, including expert appellate consultation as well as drafting and submission of appeals at every level, from Petitions for Reconsideration with the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board to California Supreme Court level Writs of Review. During her time with D’Andre Law, Ms. Park has worked on and drafted more than a dozen Court of Appeals level Petitions for Review as well as seven Supreme Court Writs of Review.
An experienced lecturer, Ms. Park has traveled across the state of California to give lectures on a variety of workers’ compensation topics and case law updates.
Prior to joining D’Andre Law, Ms. Park served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Second Circuit Court in Hawaii, during which time her work focused on legal research and production of bench memoranda and findings for the Court. She has also served as a law clerk and volunteer attorney at the Marin Public Defender’s Office, Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, and the Northern District of Indiana Federal Community Defenders.
